CRM Definition
Let me start my first post with the definition of CRM , I know that it is waste of time to remind the people regarding the abbreviation of CRM as Customer Relationship Management.
When I have started learning CRM the first and foremost question raised was what is the role of CRM in Business. I thought it is one of the module in marketing service. It doesn’t took much time to come out of that opinion after seeing the following definitions
But these definitions didn’t explain where crm comes in the business process, I didn’t mean that these definitions are not correct but I wanted a definition which includes the role of crm in the business process.
Following is a very good definition which reduced my thirst.
Will continue sharing my experience on the "role of CRM" in different areas.
